除啟停操作外，所有操作均觸摸屏上完成。全中文操作界面，操作方便，自然，簡單易懂。
可以設定4種規格，32種尺寸（每種規格各8種）的玻璃原片尺寸數據，每種尺寸鋁框一次連續加工數量可設定為幾千件。設備按照每種尺寸自動計算鋁框數據，進行排序，連續加工，效率速度大幅提高。
