全自動鋁條折彎機是用于制作槽鋁式中空玻璃專用設備，取代原有傳統制作工藝，即鋁框四邊插腳式組裝方式 。此設備可一次性完成一根鋁條制作多種凸多邊形鋁框，從而增強鋁框強度，使得中空玻璃密封效果更好，壽命更長，是生產LOW-E中空玻璃的優選設備 。

PLC控制系統，人機界面友好，操作方便。
伺服控制系統控制進料機構。
各種規格任意選取;設有四組尺寸鋁條儲存單元。
支持不同形狀連續折彎；大尺寸鋁框折彎功能。
折彎外側分開式不銹鋼護板。
鋁條自動焊接功能；鋁條焊接口自動避讓。

本機采用國際的電腦控制系統，定位準確，機械性能穩定。觸摸屏人機界面，動畫形象具體，操作簡單，全程自動化。采用伺服電機絲杠傳送方式,傳送平穩無誤差，可以折方形．長方形．圓形，圓弧等任意形狀。本設備裝有多個物料槽可以存放多種規格不同的鋁隔條，一次可以加工上千件。可以模擬真實的折彎圖形形象逼真。
